Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 400ml passata
  • 15 tsp tomato puree
  • 60 ml water
  • 200 ml cider vinegar (I like my ketchup to have a nice tang rather than sweetness)
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
  • Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
