Homemade Ketchup
Ingredients
- 400ml passata
- 15 tsp tomato puree
- 60 ml water
- 200 ml cider vinegar (I like my ketchup to have a nice tang rather than sweetness)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
- Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
